A shelter from London's traffic strictly for Black Cab Drivers. 61 of these structures were built between 1875 and 1914 but now only 12 working examples remain. They exist funded by the Cabman Shelter's Fund charity and have held a great fascination for me since I bought my lunch from the serving hatch at the end of one on Hanover Square.
